We offer the following periodic maintenance inspections:
• Weekly maintenance inspections during which the basic operation of the plant and equipment is checked.
• Monthly maintenance inspections, which include the inspections carried out in the weekly maintenance visits as well as verifying the operation of the various equipment’s protection devices.
• Quarterly maintenance inspections, which include the inspections carried out in the monthly maintenance visit as well as the following:
o Vibration analysis of screw compressors
o Compressor oil sample analysis
o Checking the operation and calibration of all pressure/temperature stats
o An audit of the plant and safety equipment to check if they meet the requirements of SANS 10147
As the maintenance agreements are customised to your requirements, the pricing of the agreement would be carried out at the time of commissioning the plant.
As part of the maintenance agreement we would log the operating hours of the compressor on our electronic maintenance program to ensure that the compressor services are carried out at the manufacturers’ specified intervals. This facility is useful when budgeting for annual maintenance costs.
Included in the maintenance agreement would be the supply of logbooks to record all the work carried out on the plant so that a history of the plant maintenance schedules (including inspection visits) are readily available.
