Food Processing	Project Management	Transport Industry
Each sector of the food processing industry applies its own specific conditions for temperature control of its products. In essence it is about maintaining quality by means of climate control throughout the production and transport chain.	GEA Project Solutions, the project management division of GEA Grenco Africa, provides a seamless business solution to clients. Specialised designs of new and modification to existing facilities are done by a team of dedicated engineers who develop, implement and manage developments from conceptualisation to completion.	The Transport division of GEA Refrigeration Africa has been providing efficient transport temperature control systems for a variety of mobile applications, including trailer and truck bodies to the refrigerated transport industry since 1938. The extensive Thermoking service network in combination with the mobile service units enables continuous support to clients.


Storage & Distribution	Utilities	Ice Plants
This sector is about far more than merely shifting supplies. Apart from transport, the sector also offers complete and customer-specific solutions for storage and distribution. Value added logistics include just-in-time deliveries, order picking, assembly, packaging, stock control, enterprise resource planning, internal and external distribution.	With the right air and/or water treatment it is possible to control processes and the required temperature levels in a wide range of industries. Because of this, work can be done more efficiently. In some cases work is not possible without applying the effective refrigeration systems only we can deliver.	GEA Refrigeration Africa uses Geneglace's highly efficient flake ice machines, available from small tabletop units to large scale machines with capacities ranging from 350 to 50 000kg/24hr. Oils/Gas/Chemical & Mining	Marine	Leisure
Process technology in this sector has been developing continuously and dynamically. The (petro) chemical and pharmaceutical industry has seen a substantial growth in capacity. Subsequently the demand for control by means of mechanical refrigeration systems has risen proportionally.	Vessels without refrigeration systems are currently inconceivable and, in many cases, impossible. This involves not only cooling and freezing installations, but also air conditioning, air coolers, water cooling generators, provision cooling systems and ice generators.	Refrigeration systems also serve the sports and leisure industry. Indirect cooling, with Co2 as a relatively safe coolant, is the heart of the cooling technique in modern leisure centres.
